Rotate PDF pages in your browser

Fix sideways or upside-down pages: select the pages that need a different orientation, rotate them left or right, then download a new PDF with the rotation saved. Processing happens locally — the file is not uploaded to PDFflow servers, and no account is required.

Rotate PDF FAQ

Is the rotation permanent in the downloaded PDF?

Yes. The rotation is written into the new PDF you download, so pages keep their fixed orientation in any viewer.

Can I rotate only one page?

Yes. Select a single page thumbnail, choose Rotate left or Rotate right, then export the result.

Does rotation change the original file?

No. The original file is read in the browser and a new PDF is generated for download.

Is this rotate tool free?

Yes. Rotating pages is free, with no account, sign-up or watermark.

Does it work on mobile?

Yes. The page grid and rotate buttons work in modern mobile browsers; processing speed depends on your device.

Why is my protected PDF rejected?

PDFflow does not bypass encryption or passwords. Use an unlocked document that you have rights to modify.
