Limitations

  • One PDF can be reordered per operation.
  • The current limit is 50 MB and 200 pages.
  • Document-level bookmarks and attachments may not be preserved.
  • Very complex PDFs should be reviewed after export.

Is drag and drop required?

No. Each page card also includes Move previous and Move next buttons for keyboard and touch-friendly reordering.

Can I use the keyboard?

Yes. You can reorder pages with the keyboard, and each page also has Move previous and Move next buttons.

Will page sizes stay the same?

The export copies pages into the new PDF while preserving their page dimensions.

Can I reorder and extract at the same time?

You can reorder pages first, select the pages you want, then use Extract selected pages to export only those pages in the visible order.

Is my PDF uploaded while I reorder pages?

No. Thumbnails are rendered and the new PDF is assembled locally in your browser; the document never reaches PDFflow servers.

Is reordering free and mobile-friendly?

Yes. The tool is free without an account, and the move buttons make reordering practical on touch screens.
