How to merge PDF files

  1. Choose two or more PDF files or drop them into the upload area.
  2. Review the file order and adjust it with Move up or Move down.
  3. Run the merge locally and download the generated PDF.

How your files are handled

Your PDF files are read and merged directly in this browser. PDFflow does not upload the documents, file names or page contents to its servers.

Page-level processing may not preserve document bookmarks, attachments, digital signatures or every interactive form behavior. Changing a PDF may invalidate an existing digital signature. Keep the original and review important results after processing.

Are my PDF files uploaded to PDFflow servers?

No. The merge action runs in your browser with the selected files. This tool does not send PDF file contents, names or metadata to PDFflow servers.

Is the Merge PDF tool free?

Yes. Merging is free to use, and no account or sign-up is required.

Does merging work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. The tool works in modern mobile browsers. Very large documents may merge more slowly on low-memory devices because all processing happens on your device.

How many PDFs can I merge at once?

The current version allows up to 10 PDF files with a combined size of 50 MB.

What happens with password-protected PDFs?

Password-protected or encrypted PDFs are not bypassed. The tool shows an error if a selected document cannot be opened.

Does the merged PDF keep page sizes and rotation?

Pages are copied into a new PDF in the selected order. Their page size and rotation are preserved by the merge operation.
